Venkataraju Muralidhar presently working as General Manager – Sales & Operations for Spectra Innovations. He is responsible to strengthen and grow Semiconductor, RF & Microwave business in India by working on new initiatives and strategies. He is also responsible for the annual Sales targets and NPBT for the company.
 
Prior to his current responsibility he was at various capacities for Spectra Innovations in India, Singapore and USA since 1996.  He was based in Singapore for the past 5years, heading the operations and managing the overseas business. He was instrumental in adding  Principals and developing the team both in India and Singapore. He was instrumental in starting Unispec Technologies Pte Ltd and was successful in growing the company to $10Million.  
 
Prior to Spectra Innovations he has worked as a Field Sales Engineer handling RF & Microwave products in Syratron a semiconductor distribution company from 1995-1996. He was instrumental in growing the business in Defense & Aerospace industry. He started his is career in 1994 with Merlin Hawk Associates as a Field Sales Engineer for RF & Microwave products for  Defense & Aerospace Industry.
 
Murali holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communications from Mysore University,Mysore. He carries with him 13+ years of experience in sales and marketing of Semiconductor, RF & Microwave products for the Indian Territory. He also gained knowledge of global distribution with his five years of experience handling global distribution through Unispec Technologies.
